Ashley was finishing her degree at university and was looking to grow her own social media business. She reached out for some guidance in designing and launching her offers in a pivotal moment of transitioning her business from a side hustle to a full-time venture.

Feeling a little unsure about where to direct her efforts, Ashley sought guidance to streamline her processes and amplify her brand's presence.

What were your biggest struggles or concerns when we started working together:

"Before working with Bronte, I was feeling lost and overwhelmed. I was scared to take the next steps in my business, as I knew I first needed to implement new packages and processes throughout the whole customer journey. I just didn’t know where to begin".

What were concerns or fears you had going into it / investing in your business in this way:

"As I was in the early stages of business, I was initially hesitant as it was a big financial investment. At the same time, I knew that I needed guidance from someone with years of industry experience if I was going to grow. I also had a feeling that this investment would come back to me 10 fold, and it already has just weeks after working with Bronte!"

What were the biggest takeaways that you ended up taking away from the coaching

"The biggest thing I took away from working with Bronte was structure and direction. Bronte showed me, step by step, how to repackage my offerings with greater value. She helped me implement new processes and streamline my business, both for myself and for the experience of my clients."

What is the real value of this for you in your day-to-day of the business, and with your long terms goals

"The value of working with Bronte is truly unbelievable. The confidence that I have gained in business is priceless. I have gone from it being a side hobby to working full time in a matter of weeks, something that I’m sure would have taken me years to get to on my own. I now have a clear day-to-day process, feel in control of my business, and am ready to expand even more."

What additionally would you have included in the coaching that would have been helpful?

"Honestly, I was more than happy with everything that we covered. It went far beyond my expectations of working together. I loved that at the end of our sessions, we had actionable tasks to work towards."
