When I first started working with Lillie, she had experience in social media and marketing through corporate experience, but hadn't run her own business before. Looking to launch her own brand, we worked together to define her brand, packages and system setup.

I sat down with Lillie to better understand her experience in Socials Boss.

"What were your biggest struggles or concerns when we started working together" 

"One of my biggest struggles was trying to organise a business and put processes in place without ever doing so before. I've been so used to working within a business and for someone that there were so many things that I had never considered."

What were concerns or fears you had going into it / investing in your business in this way?

"I truthfully didn’t have any fears going into it, mainly due to how Bronte sold the coaching from the beginning. I knew it was going to be the best investment I could make in myself and my business and it was! As we started working through things I was concerned about her I could fit everything in because it takes time to work on your business but this time management was even addressed during the coaching, so again, fears = gone! "

What were the biggest takeaways that you ended up taking away from the coaching?

"I think the biggest things that improved my overall processes were the subscriptions that Bronte shared with me. The industry standard programs specifically have saved me so much time and stress. It would have taken me years to put these processes in place without Bronte!"

What is the real value of this for you in your day-to-day of the business, and with your long terms goals 

"Naturally, I am not very self confident and I like to know exactly what I’m doing. Working with Bronte on my business and my processes allowed me to become so organised within my business that I knew my own processes from back to front. It allowed me to look at what I offer and assess where I am and where I want to go and the exact steps on how to get there. From that, I’ve been able to gain so much more confidence in myself, my value and my services and I don’t know how I will ever be able to repay that! "

What is your overall feedback for Bronte and Dash Academy for social media coaching 

"I would recommend this coaching to ANY freelancer in any industry wanting to streamline their processes and feel in control of their services and offerings. There’s so much power in knowing your worth and that’s what this coaching did for me."

Such an exciting time for us to work together and for her to be feeling so confident.
